Nyassa Releases New Song “Wonderland”
Australian singer-songwriter Nyassa released a new song “Wonderland” on November 28, 2025.
The song is her first solo music in over a year since the 2024 single “Electric Woman”.
Before the release of the song, she joined Australian hip hop group Hilltop Hoods' ninth studio album “Fall from the Light”, where she performed “Fall from the Light” and “The Moth”.
The track is accompanied by a music video. She co-wrote the song with producer One Above.
Nyassa said of the song, “I am so excited to share this new chapter with you as an independent artist. I have always been a dreamer, therefore I know it will lead me to Wonderland. 'Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast'.”
Producer One Above added, “My favourite fashionista and one of the best voices in Australia hands down.”
Hilltop Hoods said, “If you've seen us live in the last 5+ years, you've seen the incredible Nyassa. We're blessed to have her as part of the Hoods family, she's an unbelievable talent. She's just dropped her amazing new single, 'Wonderland'.”- Nyassa is known as an artist who blends music and fashion. She told told Rolling Stone about her own music, “My sound is a mix of pop, drama, and high fashion. Fashion is a huge part of how I express myself, because sometimes fashion speaks louder than words. To me, freshness in music is about being unapologetically original, taking risks and daring to do something differently, I need fashion just as much as I need to sing. Combining it with music allows me to become the art. When I'm on stage, the clothes are my armour, and the microphone is my sword.”
