Black Sands Releases New Song “Down The Road” featuring Brandon Chase
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and producer Andrew Balfour's musical project Black Sands released a new song “Down The Road” on November 7, 2025.
This time, they teamed up with Nashville-based singer-songwriter Brandon Chase on the track.
The song is a simple yet powerful nostalgic track that explores the journey of striving for success and reaching your goals, all while trying to maintain your identity and hold on to what truly matters.
The track will appear on their upcoming debut album.
It was written by Andrew Balfour and Brandon Chase, produced by Davide Russo.
The track features Dan Konopka on drums, Giacomo Pasquali on guitar, and Ruslan Sirota on piano.- Andrew Balfour said of the song, “It’s a reflection on the distance we create while chasing our ambitions, and the quiet faith that what’s meant for us will meet us somewhere along the way,” Balfour explains. “For me, it’s not a song about leaving; it’s a song about becoming—about the journey that leads you home, even if it takes the long way.”
He added, “The song became less about running away and more about trusting that the right people and lessons will find you somewhere down the road.” -
