  • Fiona-Lee Premieres New Song “Imposter” on BBC Radio 1

  • British singer-songwriter Fiona-Lee premiered a new song “Imposter” on BBC Radio 1's Future Artists with Sian Eleri.

The song is the second single since her 2025 debut EP “Nothing Compares To Nineteen”, following her September release “Victim”.
It was written by Fiona-Lee Till and produced by Thom Lewis.
The track features Naomi Le Dune on bass and Hannah Feenstra on drums.

Fiona-Lee said of the song, “I absolutely love this song. I've felt imposter syndrome quite intensely over the past couple years, but I wrote this when I managed to outrun it for just a moment. It feels like a song I can go back to, to help pull me out of the overthinking and internal spiralling.”
  • Fiona-Lee told Sian Eleri about the song, “I wrote the song when I was really struggling with imposter syndrome. I mean, it was actually because I was really struggling to write songs and I was getting really in my head about it. I feel like imposter syndrome, for me very much, feels like there's another version of me, like following me around and like squashing like out any sense of like self belief. And when I wrote this song, I think I managed to kind of outrun it and just have a moment of just kind of existing and not putting that pressure on myself. And this one kind of just fell out during that time.”

Fiona-Lee will support British singer-songwriter Miles Kane's the UK and Europe tour in 2026.
She will perform at Roundhouse in London on January 30 and at Albert Hall in Manchester on January 31 on 2026.

  • She said, “I was in an Airbnb instead. I was just having a little weekend away. And my team, like, text me, and I was buzzing. I'm really excited. I've got like, an old school friend who made me like a CD of his music when we were in school. So I text him straight away, and I was like, you definitely you've got to come to this out on the guest list. And he's buzzing as well. So very excited.”
