girli Returns With New Song “Better Undressed”
London-based alt-pop singer-songwriter girli returned with a new song “Better Undressed” on November 12, 2025.
The song is her first music in over a year since the 2024 sophomore album “Matriarchy”.
The track depicts the push and pull of love, lust, and letting go with playful confidence and a driving, feel-good sound.
It was written and produced by Aidan Hogg, Georgia Flipo, and Milly Toomey. The accompanying music video was directed by Sarah Dattani Tucker, featuring Kit Eaton-Kent on guitar and Lucy Yates on drums.
girli said of the song, “Better Undressed is a song for the people who can’t do no contact post breakup. The only thing weirder than getting undressed with someone is getting redressed after.
