Anna of the North Announces New Album “Girl in a Bottle”, Shares “No One Knows You Better”
Norwegian singer-songwriter Anna of the North has announced her upcoming fourth studio album “Girl in a Bottle” will be released on December 5, 2025 via Play It Again Sam.
The album consists of two parts, with second instalment “Girl in a Bottle: Please Recycle”, which is set to be released in 2026.
The album “Girl in a Bottle” comprises 8 tracks, which she recorded in London. On the album, she captures the dopamine rush of new romance, the fleeting fragility of modern love, and lasting heartache when it all dissolves.
From the album, she released a new song “No One Knows You Better” on November 14, 2025.
The song is the fourth single off, following “Call Me”, “Waiting For Love”, and “Give Me Your Love Back”.
It was written by Anna Lotterud snd Finlay Dow Smith. Produced by Starsmith and Luke Smith.- Anna of the North told Vogue Scandinavia about the album, “The album is nearly done! We love it best under pressure. It’s gonna be rooted in love. That’s the thing that I was insecure about before, that I always wrote about love, but romance is back. And I do feel like love is not always about a couple, or a throuple, but also family and friends. I hope that people feel that they're not alone in all of these situations that we go through. Heartbreak is very f***ing tough.”
