HAYLA & Nelly Furtado Team Up for New Song “FADED”

London-based singer-songwriter HAYLA teamed up with Canadian singer-songwriter Nelly Furtado to release a new song “FADED” on November 14, 2025 via Casablanca Records.
This marks the first collaboration between HAYLA and Nelly Furtado.
Seamlessly blending Nelly Furtado's signature pop sensibility with HAYLA's soaring, emotive vocals, the track delivers a haunting and cinematic dancefloor anthem that melds electronic atmosphere with emotional storytelling.
For HAYLA, the song is the follow-up to the collaborative single “In My Arms” with American DJ ILLENIUM, which was released back in May.
Meanwhile, for Nelly Furtado, the track follows her July release “Only Human” with KH and Four Tet.
The track was written by Hayley Williams, John Morgan, Lizzie Nightingale, Matthew David Ossentjuk, Nelly Furtado, and William Lansley. Produced by Punctual.- HAYLA said of the song, “'FADED' is about when you've started to become infatuated with someone. The feelings take over as if under a love spell, but it's a spell you've cast on yourself. They were the spark that lit the match. When the other person's gone you still feel the weight of their presence. It's infatuation and unrequited love.”
Nelly Furtado said, “Hayla is one of my favorite singers. I have literally covered her tracks live (or attempted to!) because I find her vocals and her songwriting so authentic, passionate, inspiring and otherworldly. When she invited me on this track I jumped at the opportunity because it has that classic Hayla aura.” -
HAYLA embarks on a headlining North American tour “Fall 25”. The tour kicks off at Music Box inSan Diego, CA on November 14 and will conclude at Celebrities Nightclub in Vancouver, BC on December 13, 2025.

HAYLA said, “I'm so excited to get out on tour again this Fall! I'm also extremely excited to visit and perform in some new cities across North America! I can't wait to meet everybody and sing and dance together. Singing has always made me feel at home wherever I am in the world. I hope and wish everyone feels at home at my shows too.” - source : Apple Music
