Arlo Parks Returns With New Song “New Desire”
Los Angeles-based British singer-songwriter Arlo Parks is back. She unveiled a new song “New Desire” on November 7, 2025.
The song was delivered ahead of three special “Sonic Exploration” shows: The Bath House in London on November 28, Silo in Brooklyn on December 2, and Melt in Los Angeles on December 5, 2025.
The track is her first music in two years since the 2023 album “My Soft Machine” and is accompanied by the Rob Thorogood-directed music video.
Arlo Parks said of the song, “This little idea was born out of a late late night session with Baird. D sent me a voicenote in May that made me feel like a teenager again - tender with new magic. I wanted to put my heart on the line and write it how it felt.”- She said of the upcoming shows, “I've spent the past few years in the studio exploring new sonic palettes, world building and experimenting. I've always wanted to show people the workings out of my music so BAIRD and I will be bringing our studio set up to the stage for a journey through old and new material. I can't wait to show you what I've been dreaming up, face to face, in three cities that mean a lot to me. Don't miss out it's gonna be MAGIC.”
