Kelsea Ballerini Releases New Song “I Sit In Parks”
American country pop singer-songwriter Kelsea Ballerini will release her upcoming EP “Mount Pleasant” on November 14, 2025 via Black River Entertainment.
The EP follows her fifth studio album “Patterns”, which was released last October.
From the EP, Kelsea Ballerini released a new song “I Sit In Parks” on November 7, 2025.
The song is accompanied by a music video.
The track was written and produced by Kelsea Ballerini, with production by Alysa Vanderheym.
Kelsea Ballerini said of the song, “Welcome to the park, where daydreaming and crash outs, 'what a life' and 'what now?', wandering and wondering…are all at play. The ending of this video is one of my favorite visual metaphors I’ve gotten to tell in my career. I hope it makes you feel something, we felt so much making it.”- The new EP comprises 6 tracks, produced by Kelsea Ballerini and Alysa Vanderheym.
Kelsea Ballerini said of the EP in a statement, “I have always made records - whether songs, EPs or albums - to capture a moment in time. Mount Pleasant is a collection of six songs I’ve written throughout the summer, marking a chapter of heavy self-examination, longing, and stepping further into who I am as a 32-year old woman.” -
