SUNBENDR Releases New Song “Pictures”
American rock band SUNBENDR, consisting of Brandon Parkhurst (guitar/Vocals), Chris Coté (bass/Vocals), and Ted Fred (drums), released a new song “Pictures” on October 31, 2025.
The song is fourth release from their dynamic five-song session with producer George Perks, following “Stick Up”, “The Flood”, and “Stay All Night”.
Recorded in March 2025 between Tom DeLonge's private home studio and Chris Prescott's Belly of the Whale Studio.
The track captures their fusion of expansive atmosphere with their trademark urgency.
As with the previous song, it was written by Brandon Parkhurst, Chris Cote, and Frank Dixon.- The band bassist Chris Coté said of the song, “Pictures feels like our ode to some of our favorite British bands while staying true to our indie rock roots. Brandon's guitar lines on this song glitter and sparkle while weaving through spacey curves. Frank's drumming is tight and powerful as always, and the singing on this song is a bit more melodic and relaxed than some of our other tracks. 'Pictures' has more in common with our last release, 'Stay All Night,' than our first songs like 'White Lamborghini' and 'Cut to the Quick,' but still fits in nicely with our canon of songs—we like diversity in sound, and we hope you do too.”
