SIENNA SPIRO Releases New Song “Die On This Hill”
London-based singer-songwriter SIENNA SPIRO released a new song “Die On This Hill” on October 10, 2025.
The song is the third single since her debut EP “SINK NOW, SWIM LATER” released back in February, following “Dream Police” and “You Stole The Show”.
It was written by Omer Fedi, Michael Pollack, and SIENNA SPIRO. Produced by Omer Fedi, Michael Pollack, and Blake Slatkin.
She first performed the song on Apple Music The Travis Mills Show last month.
The accompanying music visualizer was filmed in New York. She said, “Made this little visualiser as my time in New York has been inspiring. This city somehow makes the song sound better.”
SIENNA SPIRO said of the song, “This is a song is about a lifetime of sticking around for people who quite frankly don't give a fuck. It's about the paradox of devotion - and how we stay attached to those who stopped seeing us long ago just to prove we were more than just visitors in their lives. It's about believing in people long after there's reason to, and the overwhelming need to belong, even when it kills you to.”- She continued, “I made this song on the very first day I met Michael. I showed up to Valentine in a suit & tie at 10am, played him and Omer the verse, and then we wrote the rest together. It's gone through soooo many versions, but I think it's finally where it needs to be. This is the first song I'm putting out in my 20th year on this planet, and I'm truly truly proud of it.”
She added, “This was such a special experience making a song. The first time listening to this version was so clear. I was in a badddd mood - we recorded six full takes, then started working on something else that just wasn't working at all. My ears were fried, and I didn't wanna listen back at all. But when we did, we all just sat there in silence until the song finished, and I felt so grateful that this song was mine in that moment.” - source : Apple Music
