Tiga Announces New Album “HOTLIFE”, Shares New Song “ECSTASY SURROUNDS ME”
Canadian music producer Tiga has announced his upcoming album “HOTLIFE” will be released on April 17, 2026.
This marks his first solo album in a decade since the 2016 album “No Fantasy Required”.
Also, it follows the 2023 collaborative album “L'Ecstasy” with Hudson Mohawke.
The album comprises 12 tracks, featuring guest appearances from Boys Noize, Fcukers, MRD, Fcukers, and Maara.
From the album, he released the lead single called “ECSTASY SURROUNDS ME” on October 24, 2025.
He first teased the song in 2023. Fans flooded his DMs with thousands of pleas to release the track immediately. Nearly three years later, he officially released it.
The track was written by Matthew Dear, Patrick Holland, and Tiga Sontag. Produced by Patrick Holland, Matthew Dear, Tiga Sontag, and Francis Latreille.- Tiga said of the song, “I have two emotions - this is the other one. Now I’mma make YOU feel. It’s rewarding to write lyrics that resonate with people on a personal level. Here’s a little something off the dome right now: 'There's so much to discover / Under the covers / In the backseat of my Audi machine...' I mean, it’s like breathing to me.”
He continued, “You have to live with every track you make. But you don't love all your tracks the same. I love this track with all my heart because it makes me feel like the artist I want to be. It's forced me to become a better man, a better father, and a pillar of my community. I will never be able to fully repay this song all I owe, but I can make it the closing tune of the best album I have ever made. That will have to be enough." -
