mgk Releases New Song “no cellphones in rehab”

American rapper and singer-songwriter mgk (Machine Gun Kelly) is celebrating the fifth anniversary of his fifth studio album “Tickets To My Downfall” by releasing a previously unreleased song from the album every day this week.
The first song called “no cellphones in rehab” was released on October 21, 2025, along with a music video.
It was written by Colson Baker, and Travis Barker, who also produced the track.
The album “Tickets To My Downfall” was released in 2020 and reached his first No. 1 on the US Billboard 200. It marked a pivotal turn in his music career.
mgk said of the release, “5 years of Tickets To My Downfall. New songs from that era's vault dropping daily at 9:25 AM this week. Also, for the Lost Americana shows in 2025 - I'll be doing a special Tickets To My Downfall performance during the concert.”- mgk has announced that he will celebrate the anniversary of “Tickets To My Downfall” at select North American dates on his upcoming Lost Americana Tour. He will be performing the album in full.
The tour kicks off at Warped Tour in Orlando, FL on November 15, 2025.
