  • Magnetic Skies Releases New Song “Everything's Alright”

  • British synth-pop band Magnetic Skies, consisting of Simon Kent (vocals), Jo Womar (keyboards) and Lenin Alegria (drums), released a new song “Everything's Alright” along with a music video on October 17, 2025.

The song is the third and final pre-release single from their upcoming sophomore album “Fragments”, which is set to be released on November 7, 2025.
It was written and produced by Simon Kent, with production by Rob Aubrey.

The band lead singer Simon Kent said of the song, “This is the most hopeful, positive track on the album, conveying a feeling of being present, of love, and reclaiming joy. It captures a euphoric, possibly nostalgic moment where life feels whole again, and looks hopefully towards a moment when we regain focus - ‘this is where we take control’.”
  • The new album comprises 11 tracks, produced by Simon Kent and Rob Aubrey. It is their first album in two years since the 2023 album “Empire Falling”.
The record picks up where the debut left off and runs with it, attempting to make sense of the deep-set cracks in today’s world and set against a dramatic landscape of analogue electronics and soaring vocals.

Simon Kent said of the album, “'Fragments' reflects a fractured, fast-moving world where identity, intimacy, and meaning are increasingly elusive; life, memory, relationships, and reality are broken into pieces, and each track is trying to gather those pieces into something coherent and meaningful. There’s a yearning for reconnection, with moments of clarity, love, and transcendence to offer salvation.”
