American singer-songwriter Emma Jaye's new song “Overtime” arrived along with the lyric video.
The track is the second single of 2020, following “Dumb” released back in April. Also, the official artwork of the single is an homage to her grandmother “Baby Jane” Holzer, who was '60s model on tons of magazine covers, and was active with Andy Warhol.
Emma Jaye said of the song, “’Overtime’ is pop but it has undertones of dance and a underground feel to it as well. I wanted to capture the feeling of running circles in your mind thinking of someone you’re falling into.”
Emma Jaye is known as actress Emma Holzer, who appeared on “Boardwalk Empire", "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”, “Spring Breakers” and "Barely Lethal”. “I love acting, but it’s not ‘the’ thing,” she said in a statement.- source : Hollywoodlife
