British singer-songwriter Jessie Ware dropped a new music video for “Save A Kiss” on May 26th.
The video was shot during lockdown, featuring dance performances of Jessie Ware and dancers at their home.
Jessie Ware shared on social media, “Made during lockdown with the help of a wonderful team we set out to make a video that could connect me to you, to your friends, to my friends, to loved ones. We got dancers from all over the world to self shoot and sent out the choreography to fans and the public where we had an amazing amount of wonderful entries. 14 fans are featured in the video and I adored watching you all.”
The track was released on May 8th and will appear on her upcoming fourth studio album “What's Your Pleasure?”. It was written by Jessie Ware, Shungudzo, Danny Parker and James Ford.
She said of the song, “Save A Kiss has taken on a new meaning during these weird times and it seems like the right time to put it out. This track is an optimistic one for me, I hope it resonates with people wherever they are right now. It's an upbeat song to dance along too and have fun with. I know I’ve got plenty of kisses I’m saving up for everyone when this is all over.”
The album is set to be released on June 19th. Originally, the album was supposed to be released on June 5th, but it was moved to 19th due to the COVID-19 pandemic.- source : Dork
