Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Marshmello x YUNGBLUD x blackbear Premiere New Song “Tongue Tied”
American DJ Marshmello, British rock singer-songwriter YUNGBLUD and American rapper blackbear teamed up to release a new song “Tongue Tied”.
Two weeks ago, blackbear told Capital FM, “I have a song with Marshmello and YUNGBLUD coming. Before the year’s over yeah. That’s probably the next thing coming and then yeah there’s a couple more.”
The song is accompanied by the music video, directed by Christian Breslauer and features actress Joey King (Netflix’s Kissing Booth, Hulu’s The Act, The Conjuring).
YUNGBLUD closes the video with a poem, “With only clarity engulfed inside our eyes/Untactful tongues and insightful minds/We lie here, been torn apart a couple thousand times/But through the fires we will arise/Unharmed, Untouched, Unused/Screaming nothing but anthems/For this Underrated Youth.”
The video style is similar to YUNGBLUD's music video for “hope for the underrated youth”. The track was written by YUNGBLUD, blackbear and Marshmello.- source : Rolling Stone
