Miley Cyrus Unveils New Song “Slide Away”
- Miley Cyrus worked with Finnish singer-songwriter ALMA for her upcoming seventh studio album “She Is Miley Cyrus”.
Both artists co-wrote and released the first single "Mother's Daughter" from the album back in June.
Followed by, she unveiled second single “Slide Away” on August 16th.
In the rumour, the song seems to reference of her and husband Liam Hemsworth break up. They were separating after nearly eight months of marriage.
After their separation, she wrote on Instagram. "Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created over night, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me “ Nature never hurries but it is always on time”.... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true.
