London-based DJ John Gibbons has delivered a new song “Hotstepper” via SoundCloud.
The song is based on “Here Comes The Hotstepper” by Jamaican reggae Ini Kamoze, whose 1995 album "Here Comes the Hotstepper" and the soundtrack to the film "Prêt-à-Porter", as well as The Beatles' "Come Together".
John Gibbons said of the song, “Hotstepper is a track I began work on a little while ago and have had success with reworks of ‘Would I Lie To You’ and ‘PYT’ in past years, it felt like this was the perfect single for me to complete the trio of classic covers and smash into summer with a bang!
