American singer-songwriter Grace Martine Tandon, aka Daya has shared a new song “Insomnia” following "Safe" the release in 2018.
She co-wrote the song with J Kash and Michael Pollack. Produced by Oscar Görres.
The song is the first taste from her upcoming sophomore album (yet-untitled), which is expected to be released this year.
“I would say it’s definitely more experimental than my first album,” Daya said. “I wrote every single song on this new album alongside some great songwriters and producers. It’s definitely more in line with what I want to sound like sonically.”
The new album is her first LP in three years. Her debut album was released in 2016, including her smash hit "Hide Away".- source : Idolator
