Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sabrina Carpenter Premieres New Music Video for “Sue Me”
Earlier this month, American actress and singer-songwriter Sabrina Carpenter released her third studio album “Singular: Act I”.
From the album she unveiled a new music video for “Sue Me” directed by Lauren Dunn on November 16th.
The video features her real life friend and fellow actor Joey King and is influenced from 2001's film "Legally Blonde" starring Reese Witherspoon.
Sabrina Carpenter said of the song, "I think it's empowerment, it's confidence, it's being comfortable with yourself regardless of what anybody thinks."
She performed the song on Live With Kelly & Ryan and Today Show last week.
The album contains of two parts, which are “Singular Act 1” and “Singular: Act II”. Next chapter “Singular: Act II” is expected to be released in early 2019.
She will appear on Jingle Ball 2018 along with Shawn Mendes, Calvin Harris, Alessia Cara, NF, Bebe Rexha and Why Don't We in November and December. The tour kicks off at American Airlines Center in Dallas on November 27th.
