American singer-songwriter Ariana Grande has unveiled a new song “thank u, next” from her upcoming fifth studio album "Thank U, Next".
It was written by Ariana Grande, Victoria Monét, Njomza, Tayla Parx with Tommy Brown
Lyrically, the song brings up some of Grande's past relationships, mentioning Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, Pete Davidson and Mac Miller.
Ariana Grande released the song before Saturday Night Live aired. In a promotional clip for Saturday Night Live, her ex-fiancé, Pete Davidson made a joke about the two’s failed engagement.
Also, she appeared on BBC special on November 1st, where she performed songs from her latest album "Sweetener" and some of her biggest hits accompanied by her band and an all-female orchestra.
Last week she announced the “Sweetener” world tour, with initial dates running from March to June of 2019.
