Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ King Princess Premieres New Music Video for “Pussy Is God”
Brooklyn-raised, LA-based singer-songwriter Mikaela Straus, aka King Princess dropped a new music video for “Pussy Is God”.
Back in February, she debuted with "1950", is a tribute to the 1952 novel "The Price of Salt" by Patricia Highsmith. Followed by, the second single "Talia" was released in April.
The new song is her third single off and the title “Pussy Is God” reminds you of Ariana Grande’s “God is a Woman”.
She co-wrote the song with her girl friend and actress Amandla Stenberg. The track will appear on her forthcoming debut album.
The video was directed by Clare Gillen, who crafted '90s video.
King Princess will perform at Metro Theatre in Sydney, Australia on November 6th and Powerstation in Powerstation Auckland, New Zealand on November 8th.
She will embark on a North American tour in January and February 2019. The tour kicks off at First Avenue in Minneapolis on January 17, 2019.
