Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ WILD Premieres New Music Video for “I'll Let You Know”
Los Angeles-based alt-pop trio WILD released their debut EP "Lace & Layers" on November 2, 2018.
From the EP, the trio dropped a new music video for “I'll Let You Know” directed by Lola Blanc on the same day.
“[The song] is about finding comfort in the fact that whenever you think you’re alone in going through something, you’re not,” WILD said of the song. “There’s someone out there struggling in the same way you are, and it’s okay to not be okay.”
The EP "Lace & Layers" comprises of 6-track including preceding single "Just Begun", "Summer" and "Here We Go".
The trio said of The EP's title, “It is a lyric from the song ‘Brighter Side.’ The song has to do with mental health and the way it's treated in our society; we tend to cover up the problem and pretend everything is okay instead of confronting it.”
They added, “The whole EP was produced/recorded in our apartment by us as we were going through strange times. We're all really lucky to have each other. Most people cope with issues in relationships and day-to-day life with ‘Lace & Layers’ but as long as you can summon up the strength to be yourself through all that mess, you can find the people to help you get through the hard times.”- source : Idolator
