  • Crooked Colours Premieres New Song “Do It Like You”

  • Australian electronic trio Crooked Colours has shared a new song “Do It Like You” from their upcoming sophomore album, following "I'll Be There", which was released in August. The song was premiered exclusively on Billboard.
The sound style similar to previous song and their debut album "Vera". It has syncopation rhythm and a little bit African beat, with breathy R&B-inspired vocals.
The band wrote the song during European tour earlier this year.
The band member Philip Slabber told Billboard, “It was the first track we wrote that really encompassed the sound we were chasing for the second record.”
Crooked Colours is composed of Philip Slabber, Leon Debaughn and Liam Merrett-Park.
The trio debuted with their first EP "In Your Bones" in 2014. The debut album "Vera" was released in June 2017.
The second album (yet-untitled) is expected to be released in 2019.
The band has currently toured in North America and Australia through to February 2019. Learn more about tour dates, click here.
