American singer-songwriter Ariana Grande appeared on BBC One Special, where she performed “God Is a Woman”. The full program, hosted by Davina McCall, will air on November 1st via BBC, including an in-depth interview with Ariana Grande.
This time, she played with an all-female orchestra eight tracks along with “Dangerous Woman”, “Love Me Harder” and her cover of Thundercat’s “Changes” and the program was filmed on September 7th.
“God Is a Woman” was released back in July as the second single off of her fourth studio album "Sweetener".
It was written by Rickard Göransson, Savan Kotecha, Ilya Salmanzadeh, Max Martin and Ariana Grande. The song reached No. 8 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and No. 4 on the UK Singles chart.
According to Ariana during an interview with Jimmy Fallon on May 1, 2018, “God is a Woman” is one of her grandma’s favorite tracks.
She will embark on a Sweetener World Tour beginning in March 2019.
