Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ ABIR Premieres New Music Video for “Young & Rude”
New York-based singer-songwriter ABIR has dropped a new song “Young & Rude” with accompanying music video.
She recent signed to Atlantic Records, the song is her first single under the major label, following the previously released single "Way Out".
The music video, directed by Shomi Patwary, finds ABIR and her boyfriend on a desert road-trip and robbing like 1967's film "Bonnie and Clyde".
“It’s part Bonnie & Clyde, but the male lead in the video (model Gene Twedt) was not an accomplice or in on the action, he was held captive to my Young & Rude ways,” ABIR said of the video. “I’m always here for a female empowerment moment!”
ABIR will support with Kiiara's tour in the US. The tour kicks off at Lincoln Hall in Chicago on October 29th.
