Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ LP Premieres New Music Video for “Girls Go Wild”
American singer-songwriter Laura Pergolizzi, aka LP has announced a new, as-of-now untitled album, and shared new single “Girls Go Wild”.
The song was released with an accompanying music video, directed by Darren Craig.
The track was written by Michael Gonzalez, Nathan Campany and Laura Pergolizzi, in the early fall of 2017, during their songwriting session in the desert in the Joshua Tree National Park. Produced by frequent collaborator Mike Del Rio.
She debuted the song at the opening night of her American tour in Sacramento on February 9, 2018.
The new album is her first LP in two years since 2016s "Lost on You".
LP told Billboard about the song;
“‘Girls Go Wild’ was born out of a Joshua Tree excursion with some close friends after coming home from a long bit of touring. It was the first song I wrote for the album when my thoughts and ideas were swirling around like a storm. It feels like I channeled my past ,present and future as told through a desert dream.”- source : LP Pleasures
