American hip-hop supergroup August Greene appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they performed “No Apologies”.
This marks their musical guest debut on The Tonight Show.
August Greene is composed of American rapper Common, American pianist Robert Glasper and American jazz drummer Karriem Riggins.
The trio was formed in 2018 and released a self-titled debut album back in May.
“No Apologies” is included on the debut album. It was written by Karriem Riggins and Common.
The album comprises of 11-track and was preceded by two singles “Optimistic” and “Black Kennedy”.
Back in February, the trio first performed at NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert.
The trio will embark on a headlining tour this fall. The tour kick off at Le Trianon in Paris on September 7th.
