American electro-pop singer-songwriter Paige Duddy, aka XYLØ has released a new song “I Don't Want To See You Anymore”.
The song is one of XYLØ releasing a new song every month this year, following up previously released "Heaven Only Knows" and “Don't Panic”.
It was written by Henrik Barman Michelsen, Orla Gartland, Lee Newell, Edvard Førre Erfjord and Paige Duddy.
XYLØ was originally born as a duo between siblings Paige Duddy and Chase Duddy.
However in 2017, the duo split up and XYLØ started as her own solo project.
The song was written in London, Paige Duddy stated about the song;
“It used to be easy to avoid someone. All you had to do was not pick up the phone or answer the front door. Now that’s impossible when you have a window to the world in your pocket. It feels like no matter how hard you try to forget about someone you’re only a Tweet, a tag or an Instagram post away from being reminded that they very much exist. ‘I Don’t Want To See You Anymore’ is my cry for help in this episode of Black Mirror I call my life.”- source : KO63 Music
