Florida based afro-pop/indie-rock band The Hip Abduction has released a new song “Can You Feel It”.
The song might appear on their forthcoming as-of-yet untitled fourth album including previous single "Come On Get Up".
The new song is beat-up pop sound unlike reggae style previous single.
The band is currently on tour in the US. Also the bacd will appear on Camp Deep End on September 21, 2018.
In addition to The Hip Abduction, Camp Deep End features ALO, HOT BUTTERED RUM, Bobby Alu and Tracorum, among others.

The band vocalist and guitarist David New said of the song;
"'Can You Feel It' is about dealing with self-doubt during those critical moments that ultimately define who we become. Should you follow your heart or will you be guided by the voices in your head, discouraged by others opinions, social norms, and the fear of the unknown? Ultimately, it’s you who has to forever live with your endeavors and decisions (art, relationships, career, etc..) so we should make damn sure it comes from the gut "- The Hip Abduction was formed in 2010 and consists of David New (Vocals, Guitar), Chris Powers (Bass), Dave Johnson (Bari Sax, Tenor Sax), Matt Poynter (Drums, Vocals) and Justino Lee Walker (Guitar).
To date, the band has released three albums "One Less Sound" (2011), "The Hip Abduction" (2013) and Gold Under the Glow" (2016).
