Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Max George Premieres Debut Song “Barcelona”
Former British-Irish boy band The Wanted and singer-songwriter, Max George unveiled a new song “Barcelona” with an accompanying music video. The track received its first play during Capital FM’s Breakfast Show with Roman Kemp.
The Wanted took a hiatus in 2014, then Max George signed to Scooter Braun as a solo artist. Afterwards, he joined in "Glee" and "Bear Grylls: Mission Survive" as actor in 2015.
The song is his solo debut single, produced by Steve Mac and Ed Drewett.
The clip features professional surfer, model and influencer Laura Crane.
Max George said of his solo career;
“I’ve worked with a lot of amazing writers, some from The Wanted days, and I feel like I’ve settled in to a sound. It’s not a million miles away from what I’ve done before, but it’s fresher and sharper, sometimes more stripped back, maybe more experimental.”- source : CelebMix
