Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes unveiled a new song “Where Were You In The Morning?” from upcoming self-titled third studio album.
The song is a hybrid of pop and R&B with a bluesy, soulful guitar and handclaps. It was written by Geoff Warburton, Scott Harris, Teddy Geiger and Shawn Mendes.
He performed the song with John Mayer at Apple Beats 1 in Los Angeles.
The new album is set to be released on May 25, 2018. From the album, "In My Blood", "Lost in Japan", "Youth" with Khalid and "Like to Be You" with Julia Michaels were released, so far.
He will perform live at the BBC's Big Weekend festival on May 27th.-
