Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Clara Mae Premieres Stripped Version for “I Forgot”
Back in February, Swedish singer-songwriter and former Ace of Base, Clara Mae released a new song “I Forgot”. On April 20, she unveiled a stripped back live performance video.
The track was written by Nicki Adamsson, Cassandra Casso and Clara Mae. It follows up "I'm not her", which was released last November. The music video was premiered last month, directed by Madeline Kate Kann.
The 26-year-old singer said of the song;
“Mostly all of my lyrics stem from personal and relatable experiences. ‘I Forgot’ is definitely one of these songs – I think everyone can relate to the idea of when you see an ex for the first time after a while, and you get a rush of confusing emotions, that make you forget why you even broke up in the first place, but then something happens to make reality snap back in, and the intense moment ends.”- BGbG91ctdSQ
