American DJ Marshmello is busy, who worked with Selena Gomez on "Wolves" last year, as well as released "There x2" with Slushii on last week and the music video for "Spotlight" this week.
But he continues to work, releasing a new music video for “Friends” with British singer-songwriter Anne-Marie, directed by Hannah Lax Davis on February 16th.
The song marks the first collaboration between Marshmello and Anne-Marie. It was written by Natalie Dunn, Anne-Marie and Marshmello.
The track is taken from his upcoming sophomore album, which is set to be released in 2018. Lyric of the song is about leaving somebody in the friend zone because you just don’t feel the same way about them.
Meanwhile, Anne-Marie joins in Ed Sheeran's European Tour 2018 from May 4th through to August 12, as a special guest.- source : Directlyrics
