Cashmere Cat, Major Lazer & Tory Lanez Premiere New Music Video for “Miss You”
- Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat, DJ trio Major Lazer and Canadian rapper Tory Lanez teamed up for a new song "Miss You". The song debuted for the first time at Miami’s 2017 Art Basel. It was written by Jr. Blender, Benjamin Liam Keating, Benjamin Josehp Levin, Cashmere Cat, Diplo, Ed Sheeran, Tory Lanez and Palmistry.
On Feburary 5th, they released a music video, which is filemd in an ice rink surrounded by female ice skaters.
This marks the first collaboration between Cashmere Cat & Major Lazer. But Tory Lanez worked with Cashmere Cat’s discography as he featured in “Trust Nobody” with Selena Gomez, “Throw Myself A Party”, and Cashmere even produced “Luv” from Tory Lanez debut album “I Told You”.
Tory Lanez will release his new project "Memories Don't Die" on March 2nd, featuring 50 Cent.
He told Apple Beats 1 Zane Lowe about 50 Cent, "He's like a mentor to me. Every time, I’ll sit there and talk with him for an hour and he’ll sit there and tell me the stories and tell me you like all of this stuff and the s*** is crazy. Like that's like one of my favourite people like period point blank. Like one of my favourite artists, one of my favourite rappers like point blank period you know I'm saying."
