Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter John Whoriskey Jr, aka Johnny has released a new song “So Long” via SoundCloud.
The music video for the song was premiered exclusively on Singersroom on November 16, directed by John Whoriskey Jr. himself and co-directed by his High School friend and Film School roommate Gary Lawrence.
Back in February, he released "Right Now", the music video, directed by Gabe Munitz-Alessio, was dropped in on October 4.
The new song is his second single releasing in this year for him. The track blends sentimental melody and rap and showcased a beautiful sound.
“So Long” reminds us of The Fray's "Never Say Never".
Johnny worked behind the scenes in the Film & TV world since 2010. He released a debut EP "I Should Have Been a Rapper" as John Whoriskey Jr. in 2013, followed by he released a debut album "See You Soon" in 2015.- source : Singersroom
