- Martin Garrix & David Guetta Premiere New Music Video for “So Far Away” Featuring Jamie Scott & Romy Dya
- Back in July, Dutch DJ Martin Garrix and French DJ David Guetta performed their new song "So Far Away" at Tomorrowland 2017. At that time, the song featured Jamie Scott and British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding.
But, unfortunately, it turns out the Ellie Goulding's label and management team were displeased with the live preview, and they've conspired to have her vocal cut from the track, finally Martin Garrix replaced the demo's original female singer Romy Dya.
The music video was released on December 1st and directed by Damian Karsznia, starring Bo Maerten and Jelmer van Nunspeet.
Also Martin Garrix reased a another new song "Glad You Came" as AREA21. The song is the perfect marriage of hip hop and EDM.
Ellie Goulding tweeted:
"They played the song at a festival before I had even heard the finished product which I was cool with but it didn’t go down well with my management or label. I have always loved the song very much."
She continued, "'She didn’t want to release it' is completely untrue and unfair. I love the song!"
