Australian singer-songwriter James Gabriel Wanderson Keogh, aka Vance Joy has delivered a new song "Like Gold" via streaming music services. The song is a second single off his upcoming sophomore album "Nation of Two", which is set to be released in February 2018.
The new album is his first LP in four years since "Dream Your Life Away" including his smash hit "Riptide".
About the new song, he said;
"I wrote ‘Like Gold’ after coming off the road at the start of 2016. It started with a simple melody I was humming and the idea of looking back at a relationship."
He added about the new album;
"Nation Of Two describes a perfectly self-contained couple; their world beginning and ending at the bed they share, the car they ride in, or any other place where they’re together…the idea that their love for each other gives them their bearings; a point of reference that makes sense of life."-
- He has currently toured "Lay It On Me Tour" through the end of November. After the tour, he will perform live at several events like 97X Next Big Thing 2, Live 105's Not So Silent Night 2017, 99.9 WWCT Snow Ball 4 and more in December.
