American pop rock band Maroon 5 has unveiled a new song "Whiskey," which features A$AP Rocky, for it exclusively premiered on SoundCloud (currently it has been removed).
“Not going to stop a good thing," Maroon 5 tweeted Wednesday (Oct. 18), before adding “One more for good measure.”
The song is taken from their forthcoming sixth studio album “Red Pill Blues” and follows the previously released Red Pill Blues track "What Lovers Do" featuring SZA, as well as album deluxe edition offerings "Don't Wanna Know" with Kendrick Lamar and "Cold" featuring Future.
Over the piano-driven production, Adam Levine delivers a tipsy radio-ready single that finds him crooning & reflecting on a past relationship. Produced by John Ryan & Jacob Kasher.
The new album “Red Pill Blues” is set to be released on November 3rd via Interscope Records.-
