Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Lana Del Rey Premieres New Music Video for “White Mustang”
American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey dropped the third promoting music video for "White Mustang" from her fifth studio album "Lust for Life", starring Icelandic actor Eðvarð Egilsson. The video set in a futuristic L.A., and directed by Rich Lee.
The song was written by Lana Del Rey and Rick Nowels. The new album was relwased in July 2017, featuring guest appearances fromThe Weeknd, ASAP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Stevie Nicks and Sean Ono Lennon.
Eðvarð Egilsson said about the video;
“This is my largest role so far. A friend of mine tagged me in a post on Facebook ad asking for a certain type of guy, with long hair and a beard for a music video. The next day when I was DJ’ing at a club I got a phonecall from Lana. She asked me to come to her home for a chat before taking on the project. So I did, we had a chat and she played some of her new music for me.”-
