Pennsylvania Harrisburg-based hip-hop artist Cordell Harris, aka Cordell has released a new song "Sundress Season" via SoundCloud. The song is taken from his mixtape "Grynd All Winter", which was released on June 28, 2017.
The song was sampled from American soul singer D'Angelo's "Lady", which was released as the lead single from his debut studio album "Brown Sugar" in 1995.
The mixtape "Grynd All Winter" features 18-track, written and recorded from Dec 2016-May 2017.
Also he will release his sophomore album "This Ain't That" in September, following up a debut album "Seven7teen: A Love Story", which was released in 2015.
About the mixtape, he wrote on his Facebook;
"Wait is over. Worked on this while finishing up the album. Special S/O to David Green Jr. for agreeing to be part of it, s/o to Aaris Williams for handling the hosting duties and s/o to Dev Young's Pops "Dj ILL Roy" for doing the scratches on all the joints, Christian Black , Mazon and Scooby Neely for lending their voices. This should hold yall over til 'This Ain't That' the album drops. Hope yall fuck wit it, and I ain't gon spam yall's feeds/timelines lol so feel free to share, like, ask me whatever. Preciate yall."-
