Drake and Nicki Minaj appeared on NBA Awards 2017, where Drake showed the video featuring Will Ferrell at opening stage. Drake was the host of the awards ceremony for the first time. He joked “People were upset that I’m the host. because they say I’m a bandwagon fan."
While, Nicki Minaj performed “No Frauds”, “Swish Swish” and “Realize” with 2 Chainz.
"No Frauds" was released in March 2017, featuring Drake and Lil Wayne. The music video was premiered in April. The song peaked at #14 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Also the song would be included on her upcoming fourth studio album.
"Swish Swish" was released by Katy Perry from her fifth studio album "Witness", in which Nicki Minaj performed as guest vocals. The song was written about Taylor Swift, who has a feud with Katy Perry.
