Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes dropped a new music video for "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back". The video was filmed in Paris, Amsterdam and the United Kingdom, featuring English actress Ellie Bamber, exploring Europe while the singer is out on tour.
The song was written by Shawn Mendes, Teddy Geiger, Geoff Warburton and Scott Harris, and taken from his sophomore stuio album "Illuminate" delux version, which was released in September 2016.
Also, he performed the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on June 19th.
About the video, Shawn Mendes said;
I really wanted to make a video for this song that represents the spirit of adventure. It felt like there was no better place for that than to shoot throughout different beautiful cities and landscapes in Europe.
The song is about following someone that you love to the world's end, and making decisions you wouldn't ever have thought you would, because of someone you're just that enamored with. We wanted to put a story together that shows this relationship between a guy and a girl and their travels together, in the purest way possible."
Also before releasing the video, he unveiled new Emporio Armani clothing collections video, in which he participated in as a model and his song was used as background music. He appeared on Armani’s “Connected” commercial video.- dT2owtxkU8k
