Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Ylva Premieres Debut Song “Get With Me”
Norwegian singer-songwriter Ylva Johnsen Olaisen, aka Ylva has delivered a new song "Get With Me" via Spotify.
It was written by Ylva Olaisen, Jeppe Federspiel and Michelle Drew. The song is her major debut single, before the song, she has released some original songs the likes of "Hear You Sing" and "Too lazy to love me", which have amassed over 4 million streams on Spotify.
About the debut song, the 16-year-old singer said (Original Language Norwegian)
"It's a different type of song than I had imagined that I was going to make, but it was just like that. Meanwhile, the song really me, simply because I have been involved in all stages of the process. I just want to remind people that I'm here and continue to carry out my music."
She is known as daughter of metal guitarist Daniel Olaisen and was discovered on Norwegian music competition “The Stream”, where she was runner-up. She signed to Universal Music Norway in 2016.-
