  • X Ambassadors Premieres New Song “The Devil You Know”

  • American rock band X Ambassadors has released a new song "The Devil You Know". The song is used on the official trailer for Tom Cruise's new film "American Made" directed by Doug Liman.


    The film is based a true story, in which a former TWA pilot Barry Seal who became a drug smuggler in the 1980s and was recruited later on by the DEA to provide intelligence. "American Made" will hit theatres on September 29, 2017.
    “The Devil You Know” was written by Sam Harris, Adam Levin and Casey Harris. The song follows up "Hoping" and "Torches", which were released in March and April, respectively. "Hoping" was used by National Geographic for #SaveTogethe.

    X Ambassadors was formed in 2009, currently consisting of Sam Harris (lead vocals, guitar, saxophone, bass, drums, percussion), Casey Harris (piano, keyboards, backing vocals), Noah Feldshuh (lead guitar, bass, backing vocals) and Adam Levin (drums, percussion).
    The band released their EP "Ambassadors" 2009 and debut album "Litost" on 2012 via their own label. The debut album title tune "Litost" was used on the soundtrack for "The Host", which was directed by Andrew Niccol, starring Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons, Jake Abel, William Hurt, and Diane Kruger.
    In 2013, they released their debut major label EP "Love Songs Drug Songs". The band joined in The Knocks' single "Comfortable" and supported Imagine Dragons' tour in 2014. Their major debut album "VHS" was released in 2015.
    The band participated in "Suicide Squad: The Album" soundtrack, where they performed "Sucker for Pain" with Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, Logic and Ty Dolla $ign .
