Norwegian indie electronic duo Lemaitre has released a new song "Higher" Featuring American singer-songwriter Maty Noyes.
The song is used as the main theme of Apple Watch Series 2 winter 2017 commercial "Close Your Rings — Dance, Run, Rock".
Apple released TV commercial for Apple Watch along with this song in January 2017.
Lemaitre was formed in 2010. The duo consists of members Ketil Jansen and Ulrik Denizou Lund.
Duo named the band name "Lemaitre" from Georges Rematet who first proposed Big Bang theory.
The duo has released seven EPs to date, including "The Friendly Sound", "Relativity 1, 2, 3", "Relativity By Nite", "Singularity" and "1749".
The song "1:18" from th debut EP "The Friendly Sound" appeared in Apple's product advert "Designed Together".
Their 2015's song "Closer" was played in a video for the newly launched Google Pixel phone in 2016.
While, Maty Noyes released a new song "London" in February 2017. And she joined in Vanic's "Too Soon" this year.
She is known for Kygo's smash hit "Stay" featuring as guest vocals in 2015.- source : Dancing Astronaut
