Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Paramore Premieres New Song “Hard Times” on BBC Radio 1
American rock band Paramore has released a new song "Hard Times" and dropped the music video directed by Andrew Joffe. The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1 on April 19. The track was written by Hayley Williams and Taylor York.
The new song is the first single from their upcoming fifth studio album "After Laughter", which is due out on May 12, 2017.
"After Laughter" is their first album in four years since last album "Paramore".
It is their first release since the return of drummer Zac Farro, who left the band with his brother Josh in 2010, and the departure of former bassist Jeremy Davis, who left the band in 2015.
Currently, the band consists of Hayley Williams (lead vocals, keyboards, piano), Taylor York (guitar) and Zac Farro (drums).
The band announced the tour dates. The tour is called "Tour One", will be launched at Olympia in Dublin, Ireland on June 15.
