British virtual band Gorillaz will release their first album "Humanz" in six years on April 28, 2017. Last night, the band shared their concert live-streamed on the band's Facebook. The concert took place at London’s Printworks.
"We're gonna play our new album Humanz in its entirety. We've got pretty much everyone who's on the record here," the band said.
After the live performances, the band dropped four new songs “We Got The Power” feat. Savages’ Jehnny Beth and backing vocals by Noel Gallagher, “Saturnz Barz” feat. Popcaan, “Andromeda” feat. D.R.A.M and “Ascension” feat. Vince Staples on YouTube.
Especially, "We Got The Power" is 360 view video.
Four new songs were premiered on BBC Radio 1 and Apple Beats 1.
The new album features 20-track, in which various artists perfome like Vince Staples, Peven Everett, Popcaan, De La Soul, Danny Brown and Kelela, Grace Jones, D.R.A.M., Anthony Hamilton, Mavis Staples and Pusha T, Jamie Principle and Zebra Katz, Kali Uchis, Benjamin Clementine and Jehnny Beth.
The band had already released the first single "Hallelujah Money" featuring Benjamin Clementine on January 19.
The album is scheduled for release on April 28, 2017. Also, the band will perform the album live at Demon Dayz Festival in June.-
