Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ ALMA Premieres New Song “Chasing Highs” on BBC Radio 1
Finnish singer-songwriter ALMA has released a new song "Chasing Highs", which follows up her debut EP "Dye My Hair". The new song received its first play during BBC Radio 1 on March 23.
It wa written by ALMA, Henrik Meinke, Pascal Reinhardt, Alexsej Vlasenko, Jeremy Chacon and Jonas Kalisch.
ALMA paticipated in the seventh season of Finnish Idols. Afterward, she worked as a background singer for Finnish rapper Sini Sabotage.
In 2016, she signed to Universal Music, debuted with "Karma". Followed by, her debut EP "Dye My Hair" was released in October 2016.
Currently, she is working on he debut album, in which she collaborates with MNEK, Charli XCX, Rudimental, Two Inch Punch, Gorgon City and Sub Focus.
Also, she will perform live at Great Escape Festival in Brighton on May 18. In addition to ALMA, the festival features 280 artists including Rag‘n’Bone Man and Slaves.
