Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has delivered a new song "Mo Bounce" on Spotify. The song received its first play during Apple Beats 1 with Zane Lowe.
It was produced by The Stereotypes and Far East Movement, and written by James Roh, Jeremy Reeves, Ray Romulus, Virman Coquia, Jonathan Yip, Ray McCullough, Kevin Nishimura, Maurice “Verse” Simmonds and Iggy Azalea. The song was teased from the beginning of March with various pictures posted on her social networks.
The track is taken from her upcoming sophomore album "Digital Distortion". She has already shot the music video, will be premiered on March 24.
The new album is delayed, so she released "Can't Lose" with Lil Uzi Vert, before the album release.
About the album, the 26-year-old Australian rapper told Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1;
“I promise you I had my whole record down and I scrapped the entire thing. It was good stuff, it’s not even that it was bad! I just had a lot of life changes right before I was supposed to drop my album, and I thought, ‘you know what? This is no longer reflective of what I want to say or what I want to talk about or who I am.
I think the first album that I scrapped was very aggressive and very angry and abrasive. That’s how I felt at the time. Time has passed. Time heals all sometimes… I’m happy."-
